Why a home inspection?

Buying a house is a big decision. Once you find a home that is right for you, a home inspector ensures you know about its condition.

Choosing an Inspector affiliated with the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (O.A.H.I.) and the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (C.A.H.P.I.) ensures an objective, independent and comprehensive analysis. A C.A.H.P.I. – O.A.H.I. inspector works for you and only has your interests at heart.

C.A.H.P.I. – O.A.H.I. inspectors are trained objectively to communicate to you about the all the home’s systems. We have the technical proficiency and report writing skills needed to deliver a professional service to the client.  We are committed to continuing education in order to achieve and maintain their status with the associations.  The association members also provide a network of support for each other when a consultation need arises.

C.A.H.P.I. – O.A.H.I. members conduct their inspections in accordance with a set Standards of Practice.  They are also governed by a Code of Conduct and are dedicated to providing a superior service to their clients.

As a member of C.A.P.H.I. and O.A.H.I., I can assure you of a competent and thorough home analysis second to none.
